Tillman C. Carroll practices in the areas of probate, estates and trusts, estate planning and taxation. A representative of Mr. Carroll's work can be found at Standefer v. Booth, 1991 Tenn. App. LEXIS 763. He is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Claims Court and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Carroll is also licensed as a certified public accountant (inactive) in Tennessee. He is a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary, Civil Air Patrol, presently serving as Mississippi Wing Commander, and as a member of the CAP National Board.
