Rusty Hensley practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, transactional law, municipal law, and corporate law. He is a member of the Memphis and Tennessee Bar Associations. He was a City of Memphis Assistant Attorney from 1989 until 2000. He was an adjunct professor in the master’s of business program at Christian Brothers University and is on a number of national nonprofit corporation boards, ranging from medical research for children to urban development.
