Thad Rodda has over 33 years of experience advising clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing, and commercial lending, including asset and real estate-based financing and credit facilities. He has served as counsel to various banks and other financial institutions in connection with asset-based financing and credit facilities. Mr. Rodda also counsels numerous entrepreneurs in connection with their start-up operations. He has extensive legal experience in representing physician practices and individual physicians in a variety of health care transactions and business issues. He is a member of the Memphis Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and is a board member of the Memphis Area Legal Services, Inc.
