Mr. Bowling was born in Memphis, Tennessee, and has over 29 years of experience practicing labor and employment law. However, his preparation began long before he received his law degree when he began traveling with his father to assist him in combating union organizing campaigns and later worked at Kellogg Company as a unionized laborer. Relying on both his practical and professional experiences, Mr. Bowling has assisted his clients in remaining non-union and avoiding employment litigation. The over whelming majority of his clients have never had a facility successfully organized by a labor union and few have even experienced a union organizing attempt. He has never lost an election to decertify a union as a bargaining representative.

Mr. Bowling constantly strives to develop innovative tactics to exploit the union organizer and his propaganda while being mindful of the order and sequence of an organizational campaign and the ebb and flow of employee emotions. He believes that success is obtained by marshaling management’s resources into a multi-level campaign that is in harmony with the natural sequences of employees' decision making process while maintaining sufficient flexibility to quickly respond to any issue or situation that surfaces unexpectedly.

Mr. Bowling believes that aggressive approaches to employment problems obtain favorable results. His practical field experience in a wide variety of work environments, exposing him to countless workplace issues, allows him to better represent his clients in administrative investigations and employment litigation.

Mr. Bowling's goal is to add value to his client’s organization by assisting them in their efforts to operate in the most favorable and profitable labor environment possible. He takes immense pride his personal association with his clients and he intends to continue to extend to them the close individual attention that they deserve. He is admitted to practice before the Tennessee Supreme Court; U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third, Fifth and Sixth Circuits.
