Bill Hendricks concentrates his practice in the areas of trials and appeals, commercial and construction litigation, personal injury law, and insurance defense law. He served as law clerk to the Hon. James H. Allen, U.S. Magistrate, Western District of Tennessee. Mr. Hendricks is a Tennessee Rule 31 mediator, is certified through the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization and the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a civil trial specialist, and is listed as a Mid-South Super Lawyer. He is a member of the American, Tennessee, and Memphis Bar Associations, as well as the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association.
