Katharine Jungkind’s main areas of practice include drafting and analyzing employee benefit plans, as well as other employee benefit matters; all aspects of wills, trusts, and estates; formation of non-profit entities; and general corporate representation.
Born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, she attended Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida from 1980-1982 and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Memphis in 1984. She is a 1987 graduate of the University Of Memphis School Of Law and is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee. Ms. Jungkind has served as an adjunct professor of legal methods at the University of Memphis School of Law.
