Lytle Nichol has extensive experience advising clients in federal taxation, probate matters and general corporate law. He provides tax planning advice to both individuals and large corporations. Mr. Nichol has been involved in structuring new businesses, the sale of businesses to publicly traded corporations, business mergers, tax free exchanges and corporate sales and acquisitions. He also works extensively in the area of trusts and estates.
Mr. Nichol is a member and past president of the Memphis Estate Planning Council and a member of the Board of the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis.
