Caren Nichol's litigation practice consists of a broad range of matters including business litigation, family law and appellate practice. She has been admitted to practice before the Sixth Circuit and is a Rule 31 trained family law mediator.
Ms. Nichol is a member of the American, Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations where she currently serves on the Board of Directors. She is a former member of the Leo Bearman, Sr. American Inn of Court. Ms. Nichol recently graduated from the inaugural class of the Tennessee Bar Association's Leadership Law Program.
Ms. Nichol is Chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and serves on the Board of Directors.
