Joyce Sealand concentrates her practice in the areas of tax, estate planning and probate law, and is licensed to practice in all state and federal trial and appellate courts in the state of Tennessee.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sealand was a partner in the law firm of Ratner & Sealand, P.L.L.C. in Memphis. Before that, she served as a judicial clerk in the office of the Honorable David R. Farmer for the Tennessee Court of Appeals in Jackson, Tenn.
Ms. Sealand is a member of the Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations, the Association for Women Attorneys, the Estate Planning Council and the National Planned Giving Council.
